History of the Lower Schuylkill River at Bartram’s Garden

Saturday June 12, 2010 - 2 to 3 p.m.

Enjoy a summer afternoon walk along the only part of Lower Schuylkill river that has remained undeveloped.  Bartram Scholar, Joel Fry, will tell the tale of the river front at Bartram's Garden. See the unique carved stone artifacts left by the Bartram family. Admission: $10 adults, $8 for seniors (62+), students, and members.  Children 12 & under  attend free.  Free with Bartram Program Pass, which are transferable passes given to members.  Space limited to the first  20 participants, admission tickets can be purchase in the Museum Shop.
